If Young Mate billionaire turns up to buy it and then Raffles it off it’s going to be the winners pain in the neck
Didn't the couple last year complain because they took all the furniture out of the house they won...?
Something like that

Lysandra tells Mimi to get in the house (to clean) and get to work. So, Mimi has a fake panic attack to try to get out of it.
Says she stressed because she doesn’t want to let the twins down. Hasn’t felt that same stress toward Kristian for 12 weeks.

What’s the point of a pop up whiskey bar? Is there going to be communal whiskey?

You could see the frustration in the production crew when Kylie ran off... was obviously pushing their buttons all season.

With comments on the judging being harsh - how'd we criticise Kylie for putting an artwork on the outside wall but not Mimi? That's where there is hypocrisy.

I wanted to hate the pink garage door to begin with, but I actually like the appearance of the boys house

Like everything in that clubhouse—utterly pointless.
Yeah other than the cinema room maybe, everything else is kind of just doubling up- whats the point of outdoor bbq/kitchens + games stuff, when each property has their own of this.

Also how it would work re. who gets to use what and when- is it locked up, what about any damages to equipment (especially if the houses are used as Air BnBs- the chances of this occuring would definitely increase)- as well as cleaning it, etc. I reckon a gym would have been a better idea, as none of the houses have those.

I'm assuming this is all a gated community as well, no one from the street would be able to wander in and help themselves to the whiskey bar :tearsofjoy:

When I lived in apartment buildings in QLD that had these sort of things, they usually had weekly schedules put on a wall somewhere, first in best dressed to put your name down to use it

I love pink, but as a front door + garage door? Yeah its a no from me. Not a hard no.. but still a no.

Neigbours across from it better have 🕶️🕶️🕶️ these handy lol.

Kylie and Brad photographed at the Melb Cup yesterday

Cue a grovelling apology Auction episode

I didn't expect that but its obviously all in the past now. The time between the end of the series and auctions was always going to see her come back.

What will happen before the Auction is there will be staged and scripted comversation shown between Scotty, Kylie and Brad where Scotty will make some points about the competition. Kylie will make some excuse and they will agree to move on for the sake of wrapping up the storyline and making money.

You just wrote the TV Guide synopsis

Alyssa & Lysandra are world-class designers, so it was nice for M&K to ride their coattails for the win.

It was great seeing Jimmy and Tam again. They did a great job in that room, and it was good to hear them speak briefly about how that phony bidder at their auction shook them.

There really wasn't a bad space in the clubhouse, even if it was all utterly pointless.

Bring on the auction.

There's no way all those houses were finished by the end. In places that big, the defect lists would have been huge. H4 would have been a huge mess, especially after B&K walked off. I wonder how much was spent after filming to get those places up to spec.

I was thinking the exact same thing last night- they skipped over the defects part of the show didnt they- where they stick the dots everywhere? And also the "re-do" room?

Even tho the former is a total crock and we all know after everyone goes home the defects actually get fixed and the entire house is re-painted.

Yeah I have been questioning where the redeux room was.

Some of that club house stuff was very OTT... and as has already been mentioned, can't imagine what that will do to body corporate costs owning a property there.

Overall though, I think I would genuinely like to own one of those houses. Think it would be fantastic for family.

Fake news. Scotty said the contestants had to clean the houses ready for sale.

Yeah I must admit I was feeling jealous as the judges walked thru the tennis court and swimming pool areas. Add a gym to the mix, I'd never have to leave the place.
