peter helliar is a terrible stand up comic and his jokes aren't even funny and i don't know why they have given him the chance to do a stand skit at the start of the show. the phone call to the west coast players, that wasn't even close to being funny or even original.

The Bounce finished 4th in Melbourne (even got thrashed by the 7:30 Report). I'd be surprised if it lasts the season.

Did anybody else just see Seven in Melbourne show a promo for the Matty Johns Show at 7:30pm on Thursday?

Surely they hit the wrong button and they're not just replacing the show currently residing in that timeslot

It's not Helliars fault, he's doing the best with very bad hand. The concept is absolutely rubbish, it's basically four quarters mixed with live and kicking, watered down to fit a family friendly market. Neither of those shows were funny ten years ago. When will seven ever learn?

Although There is a very strong rumour around level five at channel seven that if the next show is absolutely toweled up by masterchef it will be cancelled...

I was actually surprised how many of the jokes on "The Bounce" Where re-told on "The Footy Show" an hour later.

Needs a bit of work but I hope it makes it as a show because I struggle more and more with TFS each week and need something else to watch.
