Phillip Molly Malone and me, Paul Montgomery, are teaming up to produce an AFL fantasy football podcast called The Coaches Box. It will get its own site in due time but here’s a direct link to the pilot episode.

The design of the pages for the podcast blog is done now, pretty simplistic but that's the way I like it.

* Montys 'decision / selection' strategy regarding his own team
* Trade strategy and the things noobs should look out for
=> it was a bit vague and ambiguous in parts but overall very good. ( i knew what you meant when you described certain aspects of DT however I think the nooblahs might find it a bit overwhelming )
* Mollys mistakes - other first year players will learn a lot from his experience and Montys advice.
* On the bubble section - very cool idea which is similar to the "Are they for real?" sections on NBA fantasy sites.

Cons:

* More input from Monty ( no offense molly )

None taken. I have to admit that I was just trying to play linkman.

I think your points about noobs/newbie is very good and I think that will definitely be a segment/focus during each shows.

I think it would be a good idea to have a 'newbie only' podcast... dedicated purely on 1st year mistakes, basic ways to improve your team and other basic stuff that I think you would learn a crapload from Molly.

Then have a purely advanced dt podcast where things dont have to be explained as much. Guys from EDT could add their input and be interviewed here...
