Dont reveal the roles. Just have a list of players and keep the roles a secret. Then have a good guy one of the bad groups and a bad guy in one of the good groups.

They can reveal but with no idea what roles are left or even in the game it will be near impossible to do that and survive.

That would be the best way to make this game a The Departed theme.

I am agreeable to this.
