Me and my mate have a bit of a competition and every week pick a game thats gonna end 0-0 and throw 20 on it. We are seeing whose gonna end up with the most cash by seasons end (im up 340 bucks woo). Last night i was on Sheffield United v Boro 0-0 and it paid off. In general a 0-0 pays 8-1 odds every time unless Sydney FC face Queensland Roar (then its 6.50).

The point of this thread is whenever you think a 0-0 game is gonna happen post it in here. A 0-0 generally comes about when IMO both sides lack confidence and both teams biggest threat on goal geniuenly comes from set pieces. It can also come about when one team goes into the game with a very very very defensive mindset (cough Bolton cough).

In the CL I am tipping Roma and Real to play out the infamous 0-0. Bring it on le bitches

The 2008 FA Cup Final should Chelsea and Man United play again. :p

In all seriousness, Celtic vs Barcelona has a good chance of being 0-0, I reckon.

don't suprised if they do embers.. i am not as confident as usual. i am sure we shall progress, but dono about us scoring in the first leg

In my opinion, Celtic vs. Barcelona is the best option of ending 0-0, I think Barcelona will progress anyway, but a goal at Celtic Park, and the fans can start organising time off work for the Quarter Finals

I know this is a thread for 0-0, but i reckon Liverpool/Inter, Roma/Madrid and Olympiacos/Chelsea will all be under 2.5 goals, they will probably all be around $1.80 each, you could then multi them up and get odds of around $6.00.

chelsea - olympiacos was always going to be the best option for 0-0, as chelsea were alway going to be happy coming home with that result as the greeks have been playing quite well in europe

I'm working on it mate :thumbsu:.

Also had a bet going that City would knock off Man U at OT, wish I'd put money on that.

I always put 20 on us to beat Man United Liverpool and Arsenal (we havnt beat Chelscum in a looooong time). Considering that each time we have played them we have been paying 9 bucks I always do well from that ;). Lately ive been doing most of my betting about teams in form slumps and teams coming out of form slumps with alot of bets on QPR to win Southampton to lose in the past 2 weeks

Re: The El Niño thread

Raul angled his foot and the ball went in.
Roma's first one was more lucky. Decent deflection.

I hate how people say that all 3 goals would of been scored. The first goal was pretty lucky and that forced Roma forward who then scored 2. In saying that Chelsea sure are racking up the El Ninos lately

Close.

Seriously, Celtic scoring twice? In a half? WTF?

Not as eassy as it looks. ;). West Ham v Fulham looks the most likely this weekend but ill never bet against us in that shape or form
