I think that Aus team using 3 riders and piggy backing off stronger teams not a bad strategy given information that would have been picked up in the TDF and leaving Dennis to concentrate on time trial. I like that it's a bit different to professional team racing.

Like the commentary too, both in the hockey and cycling. Georgie Parker and Anna Meares expert commentary a welcome respite from the usual hysteria served up by footy commentators.
Anna Meares is the only good part of the commentary. Phil Liggett is well past it

Anyone know where to find a list of times for events Aussies are in, particularly finals? Channel flicking dodging ads but it’s flying blind. Google doesn’t yield much useful and olympics.com.au is a garbage website :/
The roar? Though I think they just have the order not specific times on events like rowing/swimming etc

The 7plus app schedule is pretty comprehensive I've just noticed

It’s the same code that’s on the australian olympics website I think. It’s really clunky though, you can’t scroll through it or filter it by aussies or by medals. The results button doesn’t work properly either :/ it’s a bit of a shit show, both phone and computer.

Is that the one? Sorry I thought it was app but it's the website.

Still can't filter but it does tell you what sport has an Aussie and medal with the little icons.

Edit: Oh and what's live

Ya, that’s the same one on the Olympics website, it wasn’t letting me scroll yesterday and the desktop version was stuck as a small section in the middle of the screen and half of it was obscured.

It looks like they might’ve patched it overnight but, for example, there’s an Aussie in the equestrian. The equestrian goes from 6pm until 11.15pm… 🤷‍♀️ I’m not watching 5 hours of equestrian to see one Aussie. Also it’s the same time as the footy 😅

Also p.s. the app if you click schedule opens that page in a browser window - so it’s the same :)

I’ve never watched dressage before, it’s kind of weird and amazing at the same time… 🤔

Or the previous horse was with the rider called Sabina. This one is sh*t
We won tickets to the dressage and jumping finals, held in HK, at the Beijing Olympics. Jumping was amazing (got home at about 2am because events held at night due to heat). Dressage like watching paint dry. Not a great spectator sport unless you can appreciate the difficulty that synchronised mimimal movement requires.
