He was always the weakest link in the D-Gen for me.
False. Mick Molloy & Tony Martin were always hilarious on 'The Late Show' with their Vox pops around Melbourne's inner city suburbs. Likewise Mick and Rob Sitch playing the world's worst stuntmen on their "Shitscared" segment.

The clear weakest link was Jason Stephens (by a country mile.) Absolute muppet and a hanger-on who never got a single laugh in the 50 or so episodes of 'The Late Show' or any of the D-Gen specials.

Martin Molloy on the radio was pretty good as well.

x 2 on all fronts. In particular, how flipping good was Shitscared, and Jason Stephens' sketches were always terrible.

Tadhg Kennelly, fantastic.

Yeah I'm not a Mooney fan but that segment was great.

Mike Fitzpatrick was a weird one. I thought the first part of the segment was incredibly awkward, but thankfully he loosened up a bit with a couple of amusing comments. Probably not the best guest for the tone of the show.

He might be a Rhodes Scholar, but he's a terrible businessman. I bought shares in one of his companies once - I would have been better off donating that money to a charity instead

I don't wanna start anything,:laughv1: but that time-wasting free kick against Fitzpatrick was a f*kin joke. It was about 16 seconds from him marking the ball to the umpire blowing his whistle. Umpire Robinson was a massive show pony
Wasn't there a crack down on it especially that week? Or am I thinking when Merrett got reported for time wasting
