I do, but Poatan is also my favorite fighter and I don't wanna see Aspinall submit him in the first round. I think he's just gonna be too strong to not take him down at will.

Can't see it happening but if Poatan somehow slept Aspinall I think you have to call him the greatest MMA of all time

Probably just me being an Izzy hate but the only knock on that I'd have is Pereria is a natural light heavyweight it looks like. Making middleweight means you were a middleweight but I doubt Izzy could beat him at LHW

I reckon that post was complete and utter bullshit. There's no way he's fighting Chandler at 185 imo 6 months from now.

Don't like either at that weight. Can't take this seriously at all to be honest but I guess it at least gives Connor a chance to maybe make it.

No idea why they need to wait another 6 months, especially if at 185 where weight wouldn't be an issue. Neither will cut more than 3-5lbs anyway...

Leon on UFC 300 is a great way to put the crowd to sleep for the biggest event this year. Conor at 300, Leon on 301 or whenever

Won't be 185, that's Conor trolling because he told Chandler he'd fight him at 185 if he told him too on TUF.

Could be some method to the madness with Strickland being the perceived weakest champ on the roster. Win at 185, title shot.

Whittaker looked pretty washed imo. Not in a cardio way or anything but not pulling the trigger at all. Reminded me of Rashad Evans early stages decline, just staring and constantly waiting to do anything.

Maybe I'm being too stubborn on DDP though. Definitely a winnable fight for him v Strickland if you're beating Rob (Assuming I'm wrong on DDP/Rob that is)

It was a weird year mate, I would have put my house in Whittaker beating DDP and Izzy beating Strickland and they both got destroyed.

Now I have no idea who is and isn't Good. Stricklands barely over a year away from being destroyed by Poatan lol.

Styles make fights etc etc. MW is a bit of mess right now but they do have a good mix of types of fighters that makes these things interesting (and confusing). For what it's worth, I think Strickland is a great matchup for DDP, but I'm too cowardly to make a definitive call on the result.

In terms of Conor vs Chandler - I know HGH Conor is different, but Conor would be a tiny WW, let alone MW. His frame is not designed to hold that kind of weight. Chandler is a more solid build, but is about 170cm on a good day. He'd gas in 60 seconds at 185. I think a WW fight could be fun, and would help to actually get Conor in the cage, but I would love for it to be at 155, especially if it's not for another 6 months.

Dunno if I'm dumb and everyone else figured this out already but I realized why Conor wouldn't be on 300. He would get insane PPV numbers and his opponent would get a slice as well. If they put any other title fights on conors card those guys get PPV buys aswell even though it's all Conor. So there's no chance he was ever gonna be on 300.
It'll be him then no other title fights
