The point that Indigenous people had adapted their own fire management system that suited both their lifestyle and the physical and geographical realities of Australia is entirely relevant. It worked.Its not the same thing.
Aboriginals were nomadic, ergo they could light a bunch of fires and fu** off somewhere else for a few years.
Then when the balance got thrown out from 1788 onwards with European settlement, things have gradually got worse since because that adapted approach gradually fell into disuse as Europeans spread and Indigenous people were displaced.
