I've said before that my ideal season is English spring, one of the good ones where they start the County Championship on time, that would do me all year round

I love early Irish Autumn, before the first frost.

But I could never return home because of Jan 2nd to St Patricks Day. It's cold, windy, dark, wet and actually freezing. No holidays

34 degrees and little humidity, this must be what Southern heat feels like. It's amazing
Yes, I grew up in Melbourne, where dry 39 was survivable, whereas here, 30 with humidity kills you.
