And how did Wilson's opponent go on the day? After all it is backman's job to stop his opponent from scoring.

Does not matter if Wilson had minmal stats. He played his part in helping the team win.

And one thing is for sure, he stayed on the ground a lot longer than what token game Roo did.

I think that's easily answered with the stat of zero tackles.

I don't know, you're the one with a lot of time on his hands, go and ask him. What we KNOW is that Roo picked himself. Not sure why you're going after a back pocket player for a lack of possessions, it's not like he was one of our key midfielders or anything

Ricciuto played forward in that game, never rotated to the midfield.

So not only did he pick himself for the game while injured? He had to be shuffled into the forward line too? That doesn't sound selfish at all :$

You obviously have no idea and you're clutching at straws. If you had any idea at all you'd know that Ricciuto played the majority of his last 2 years in the forward line. Kicked 44 goals in 2006, but only 12 in 2007 as he only played 9 games total for the season.

Sounds like the kind of player you want to carry through a finals series :$

Quite true.

Aaron Keating never declared himself fit just to break a club record and cost his team a final.

Aaron Keating: Premiership hero.
Mark Ricciuto: Selfish shit that cost his team a final.
