Quick question commish - can I put Jennings on a sleeper contract next year? He was previously contracted, but is now uncontracted and was valued at auction time for under $1 million?

Disappointed to lose DMC(still not sure this was a good move) but very happy to add Steve Nash and his 10 plus assists per game. Hoping that Z BO will be back soon to make up for losing some boards and points

I'm happy to get DMC's points however sad to lose the assists ....last 3 games ave 14 assists was a nice boost

Nash's parting line should make you feel better

22 points @ .500 FG and .875 FT
16 assts, 4 boards and a steal with 4 TO's

If you both exit a trade with regret - perhaps it is a pretty even trade

Haha yeah it does make me feel better. And it sounds like pretty reasonable logic to me

Man, I'm gonna struggle to catch you guys with so many key guys out.
Now Lowry down!
My scrubs are playing good but inconsistent ball to keep me in touch but without Horford, Gordon and Hawes I'm shot but strangely proud.

JJ will keep you in the mix, boy am I glad Jackson got traded, I had him down for 20 pts per game ( on 20 shots per game )

Well boys, a short season is on the home straight (does that make sense?). It's been a bit quiet on here for a while but the competition is fierce and well done to all managers for the commitment.:thumbsu:

Supercrows has opened a bit of a gap at the top and will be hard to catch I suggest.
The Rims have had a great season but that FT% is a killer.
JCS is well placed with games in hand to make a late run.

For me, it's good to have Gordon back, but I think I've left my run a little late. Perhaps a top 3 finish? Yeah, no.:(

Congratulations Supercrows. 2012 Champion. A great draft and a great season. Well done.:thumbsu:

Well pushed by Rose Coloured Rims.

Not sure if JCS could have challenged with better games played management?

Enjoy the pyoffs and off-season boys.:)

Fellow Managers,

Following the completion of the season I just wanted to pose a fundamental question to you all before you scatter to the NBA off-season and AFL in-season.

The boards here were quite devoid of general chatter this season, not too many trades, wheeling and dealing or sledging. I've had one Manager say that they will not likely return for next season so I thought it might be a good time to get a feel of where everyone is at in regards to this league.

Does this league do it for you and would you like to see it continue?
If there is no passion for it, do we dissolve it?
If we keep it going, what would make it more exciting or challenging?

I'll admit, I'm a little flat in regards to this season my self, so give me your honest input.

Thanks guys, Bugsy.

Personally in my opinion the league was a little flat this year and i take some responsibility for that.

I love the auction format and was more than excited for the season as i believed i had put together a squad strong enough to push for the title.

I hate to make excuses but i believe my team was ravaged by injury this season, Billups, Melo, Danilo to name just a few. Dwight also took his below average FT shooting to a whole new level of sh@tness. Which brings forward the biggest issue in roto leagues, once you start to drop out of the title race and if you are involved in other leagues particulary H2H leagues your focus is easily shifted to those leagues and the roto league is pushed to the rear end of your thoughts.

I would love to go around again and I am happy with the format. If we do require other managers i would suggest my bro and his mate Andy who both participated in another league this year and were very active.

I can also say next season there is NO CHANCE i will be extending a qualifying offer to Dwight Howard and will not be putting in a bid above 2 million for him!!! Dwight ='s roto destroyer!!!

Yeah I am still keen for this league to go ahead. I'm keen for it to go ahead the same as previous years although I would like another keeper or 2 :thumbsu:

I'm cool with everything the way it is. If there are any minor changes, I'd be ok with it.

Ditto

I found trading harder this year - though maybe Im just shitty at putting deals together.
