S2 has big boots to fill, if it is to live up to expectations. S1 was so awesome that it's going to be very hard for them to match, let alone exceed, it.

I would expect roughly similar... first season was 9, this will likely be around 10, give or take. I think they said they are splitting the story from TLOU2 across at least 2 seasons due to it being much longer than the first game. So they won't have to cram it all into this season.

Isabela Merced looks nothing like Dina, like Bella Ramsey looks nothing like Ellie... but nobody has an issue with it because Isabela's prettier.

Looks good. Having played the games I was sceptical of how they would turn it into a show, and it succeeded on every level and some. Even if i wasn’t a huge fan of the 2nd game, I have faith they will pull it off, and do it justice it deserves. I think it’s only 7 episodes which sucks, there is so much to fit in.

Someone earlier in the thread said that they're splitting the story from the second game over two seasons, so that might make it a bit easier to fit everything in.

The trailer looks good but doesn't really give any indication of what the story will be, so a pretty great teaser.

S1 had a few different (extra) bits but all the major beats were there, was actually surprised how close to the game it ended up being.

Well, the second game certainly was a bit polarizing with the...um.. direction they went...will be interesting how this goes.

The second game is one of the best games of all time so I’m sure I’ll enjoy season 2.

The fact people didn’t like TLOU2 fuelled me to enjoy it even more
