Everyone, KT, David Koch, Hinkley, Boak. All of them weak. It starts from the top.

Happy to be a part of the competition and just being mediocre.

On and off field we just continue to make terrible decision after terrible decision. Whether that be game plan, contracts, selection, media. Just doesn’t end. How this administration and leadership team can still be in charge of our club is beyond a joke.

Overrated bunch of trash.

I can’t wait until you’re out of my club.

Rant end.

I'd settle for Ken down

KT and Koch have done their job

Yep thats the way it seems to have gone , although Kochie is one person who id cut some slack , his efforts saved us financialy , and he's the only one ive heard come out and in the open and voice concerns.

This all comes down to football department management doesn't it?

The board selects a department manager to manage coach and player contracts and personnel.

It's the board that is at fault. From here tgey need to rectify the fault.

If they do not know how to rectify the fault then they should step down.

KT and Koch have done their job
Koch and KT have locked us into a financial position of having to choose between being kicked in the head or the balls:

1. Do we take the financial hit of paying out Hinkley early?; or
2. Do we continue with Hinkley and take the financial hit of reduced attendance, membership, and sponsorship opportunities?

Koch and KT showed abominable leadership at the end of last year. They're part of the problem now.

The club has done a lot right in recent years. Unfortunately the most important thing to get right to be a force in the AFL - a good coach - is one of the major things that has been stuffed up.

no real pressure to win the flag, everything has been about "gaining respect" with this regime, then we went for glory but failed at the prelim. don't need to overthink what isn't too complicated.

End of last season id say 70% of members questioned the wisdom of resigning KH for 3 more years , that would have to be around the 90% now . is it possible to request a special Members meeting ? , and how do we go about it ?.

No idea. It's not like the incompetent, back-slapping administration at the club give a shit what the members think anyway.

Boaks effort has been there all day. Everyone putting it all on boak when the whole gameplan is obviously terrible are deluded
There all putting on Boak because his terrible , and worsening , disposal skills are causing direct turnovers and goals against not counting his missed crucial sitters . 100% definatley not team lifting Captain material.

if you were a new coach, would you take this job? This is a Primus like handball with so many old players and so many broken spirits
