And I am 1283 VIP points off getting $150 off which is fine because the Colisseum is out of stock for now. Will get notification when it is back.

So I bought Taj Mahal and the $15 red Vespa and put the Great Wave on back order.

Anybody want my flowerpot gift? I don't need 2. Only if you don't already have it. I will pay the postage.

I wouldn’t rely on it.

The Porsche RSR popped up in stock 3 times after I asked for a notification, they never sent me one.

Yeah I think the Colosseum is close to retirement so it may not come back in stock, but I said the same about the RSR and that turned up again, so don't take any notice of me ;).

It doesn't appear to be available in the Lego stores either.

Hope you like the Great Wave - it wasn't as rewarding a build as Starry Night but it looks great on the wall. The little Vespa is cute and worth the spend. I haven't seen the new Taj Mahal built so would be keen to get your thoughts.

New remake of the original Disney Castle just announced - should be up on Lego.com shortly. From the pictures I'm not sure it improves significantly on the original, but as that's now retired, this is a good option for a Disney devotee. $600 (I think the original came in at $500).

EDIT (21/6) Now announced:

Damn, was going to get it at the price.

I didn't end up buying anything today. I had a look at the bank account and decided I needed to stop spending with disregard. I've already got a pile of lego - I nearly bought the Mustang, but I'm just not a Mustang guy; I thought about the Arctic ship, but as I said the other day that's a real slippery slope for something I don't have room to display.

Yeah, there's far more that I want than I could ever justify buying, especially in Canberra's winter in the current economic climate. It's hard because theers always new stunning sets and the occasional unmissable bargain.

I've decided my marquee purchase this year is the Ninjago Markets - that pretty much means any other big set this year is going to have to wait, possibly forever ☹️.

Was just rolling into this thread to let everyone know about Target's 20% off, but it seems I'm too late, so I'll just point out I'm now $295 poorer but will soon be one Bowser richer. Looking forward to it, it's gonna look incredible on my shelf when it's done.

Likewise!! Temptation was too good
Now the desire to make room for the eventual display!

Nope as my postbox is 20km.s away atm
Plus I see how Aust post handle s**t thru my work and some of the returns we get from customers

I use it if theres absolutely no other way to get the item
Other than that I'm still a hands on shopper
Auspost service to my place is excellent, but I live in suburbia. Before then, the only reason I stayed at work so long is that I had somewhere to deliver parcels to ;).

I hate shopping, I haven't been for months. Supermarket delivery works just fine and for everything else there's amazon :p
