probably won't get sacked, but high chance of leaving if he doesn't get what he wants in Jan. The toys are already half way out of the cot atm.

Chelsea's in a difficult position, even though they earn a heap they tend to rely on big money sales to turn a profit.

In the past they've done well flogging off fringe players for big money, not sure they've got many of those left.

Can see it keep on happening, we should have a though more fringe players to move on and a couple of youfies too.

Its not going to be enough to keep up with the Manchester clubs though.

How many clubs spend more money than CFC and juve?
Absolute myth regarding Juventus. Very financially sound and responsible club. Conte spent bugger all in the 3 seasons there. Ogbanna, Tevez, Matri, Vucinic and Vidal were the only 5 for memory that cost over €10m, maybe a couple more I missed. Vucinic at €15m was his most expensive signing and the clubs net spend in his time there was only - €30m approximately. He picked up guys like Pirlo and Pogba for free and plenty on loan whilst making decent profits from the sales of Sissoko, Immobile and others

PSG would take Mou over AVB surely.

Angelo Henrique (PSG's sporting director) worked with AVB at Porto and would prefer him to Mou.

What people forget with AVB is that he got shafted by the older Chelsea players and fell out with Levy at Tottenham. At Porto he constructed a side that featured Falcao, James, Moutinho, Hulk and others who conquered all before them and did well with Zenit both domestically and in Europe.

He might be seen as a failure in England but he's got a great resume outside of the Isles.

He did ok at Tottenham in his first season but that was down to Bale being world class. Still missed out in the top four by one point though. The following season he lost the plot. Didn’t have a clue how to gel all the new signings. We couldn’t break down teams - possession based football with no end product. Tim Sherwood did better when he replaced him. He’s not a top manager by any stretch

AVB outcasted the leaders straightaway, persisted with underperforming players, stuck with a formation that other clubs had clearly worked out and didn't change any of this in his entire reign with us. Then he went and made the exact same mistakes at Tottenham.
