Beating AU is huge. We have struggled with them all year. Admittedly, we are yet to beat WU, but hopefully our experience and skill should be a significant factor.
WU were impressive yesterday, and they will be fresher, but we are used to playing games every 3 days, so the extra 3 days will be a bonus..
Any reason the A-League has scheduled the GF for Saturday pm?
Absolutely ridiculous. Collingwood Carlton at the G Sunday 320, could be the only reason.
Every year has been a Sunday, with very little competition at the timeslot.

The A League has never scheduled Melb teams well against the other codes.

It wasn't pretty, and a bit like the rest of the season we were able to overcome adversity and get the result. Stoked for the boys, and you could see how much it meant to Jammo. His efforts down the left and firing up the crowd late in the game. He's locked in on going back to back.

50/50 game next week, have WU played their GF against the victory? We certainly didn't.

I've got a vibe we could hammer in a stack of goals, i just think we're due

How good was Jamo yesterday! Heart & soul player, loved it when he kept interacting with the crowd. Massive reason why we fought back & won. Bring on Saturday night, can't wait.

Yeah think the mins worked well for Berenguer to get game fitness, wouldn't change anything if we don't need to, runs the risk of chasing the game but at some point we have to start banging the goals in.
