It's horrible.
Be honest, you dont know much about Alex Turner do you?

Turner has been asked a million times in his career if he considers himself the GOAT. Every time he has said no, as it would be disrepectful to the great musicians that paved the way for him and he often talks of Lennon and McCartney, Casablancas, Gallagher, Albarn, Dr.Dre etc

Sorry but you're wrong.

Fair rant. I rate it four out of five.

1. I saw Tame Impala last night and it was ****ing great, insanely good visuals.

2. If you didn't like Tranquility Base Hotel and Casino, you are probably not gonna like The Car. Hello You is great though, recommend.

He's one of the headliners at WOMAdelaide next March. Will have to head along, it's a pretty strong line-up too with Florence & the Machine among it.
Genuinely was amazing as a support act. High energy and had the crowd in the palm of his hand.

Tame was fantastic, quite a good mix with the set list although I would have loved more stuff from InnerSpeaker.

I was even impressed with the sound at Rod Laver which was great. Everytime I have been to John Cain arena the sound has been quite average. Not the case on Sunday night.

Busy November ahead with gigs

Kings of Leon
Parcels
Sam Fender
Rufus

Might try and catch Johnny Hunter again along with Cut Copy in December

So jealous you're going to Sam Fender, that will be rad. He has a new live album out on Dec 9th.

I've got The Lumineers the same night as Sam, and then Billy Joel on December 10.

I'd completely forgot I had tickets to Tame Impala till a Facebook notification a few weeks ago. Purchased the tickets pre-covid like 1000 days ago.

Pretty keen to see the "new" album live after all this time.
