How could James Harden be considered overrated?

Wasn't even an all-star this year despite leading the league in assists.

His constant failure to deliver the goods/perform in playoffs is my main knock on Harden. I can't believe he is less overrated than Dame or CP3 going by this poll at any rate.

And he is constantly shat on because of that, so how is he overrated?

Also you are going to use lack of play off success as a reason you think he is more overrated then Chris Paul and Dame? Those two?

CP3 and Dame have both had pretty good individual playoff runs over the years though.
Dame got a bog ordinary Blazers roster to the WCFs a few years ago, which was pretty impressive.

LMFAO you mean like 2018-19 when Harden averaged 36/7/7 and led the Rockets to a conference finals appearance where they lost against arguably the greatest team of all time?

He has made the conference finals 4 times instead of just the 1 for Dame

Has actually made a finals.

Has he had some melt downs? Absolutely!

Does he get scrutinized for them more than just about any star ever? Damn right.

IF we are saying any of those 3 are overrated it has to be Dame. Both CP3 and Harden are dragged through the mud for every time they fall short. Dame gets a pass 100% of the time.

It's a survey that's been answered by 54 players. I can imagine there are plenty of petty grudges in the votes.

If anything Harden is underrated. He's had some playoff failures but he's also had strong playoff series and moments that get completely ignored.

Oh yes he is, esp by Lakers peanuts at Crypto.com arena every time he takes a free throw, they chant MVP.

We're not really talking about Lakers fans though, we're talking about generally.

Will get a pay bump, and much deserved on his play this season. Does shoot too many free throws though.

Fair call.

Needs to be said Harden made a finals with a young Durant and Westbrook though, it's not as if Dame has ever had those calibre All Star teammates in any time he has been at Portland.

Have to admit I am on Beal's side on this.

Have to admit I am on Beal's side on this.

The suit alleges that during the confrontation, Beal told Briffa, "When you disrespect me, I'm going to press you about it. Do you think this is a joke, do you think this is a joke, do you think this is a joke, do you think this is a joke ... because when I press you about it, what are we doing? What are we doing? What are we doing?"

Now how is the bloke supposed to answer the first question when you ask another seven Bradley.

Probably the right call by the Raptors. Reckon they will probably blow it up now and start a rebuild (let either FFV or Trent Jnr walk as FA' s and trade Pascal and OG.
Expected them to be big sellers at the trade deadline, but they held firm. In real limbo now

Masai foolishly wanted 3 unprotected first round picks for OG Anuoby.

And he traded only a top 4 pick projected

first round pick next season for Poelti, who still hasn't signed an extension with the Raptors.

The Poeltl trade was insane given it wasnt necessarily a enormous upgrade on what they already had. Without the committment from FVV or Poeltl it made it even more weird. I imageine Poeltl signs back on

I think after the last week Draymond Green is definetly gone from the Warriors. Any thoughts on where he goes?

I can see Portland having a go wanting to free Lillard up from some of the PG stuff as well as wanting a versatile PF/C option which they dont really have

I keep hearing whispers of Draymond to the Clippers

Nets are in a weird spot. Swept in conseuctive post-seasons with two wildly different rosters.

Have some pieces - Claxto, Cam Johnson (who they will have to pay) and Mikal who is close to being that guy but not there yet.

Roster makeup is pretty terrible though, Dinwiddie was their highest scorer today and yet he should be earning his crypto dollars in China. And the $77m pro COD player just hanging around.

Maybe they land something big with those picks, but other don't see a path to contention anytime soon. But then again after the last 3 seasons being a normal team for a while with not huge expectations might be good for them.

What do they do with Thomas? Looking like Jeremy Lin all over again

Guessing Dray to Lakers. Will age like milk like many of LeBrons recruits...
