I cant see that second analogue working very well at all.....unless you have small Asian hands. Its smaller than the face buttons, what is this?

Just read that the new one has a more powerful CPU so some new games will require the new model.

Jesus I didn't think Nintendo were this dumb. Xenoblade announced for 3DS but get this, only works on the "new 3DS".

You can transfer everything from your old console to a new one and sell it to offset some of the cost of the new one.

They've also announced NES Remix Ultimate but no one knows if it's only for this new machine as they revealed it as "New 3DS game announced in NES Remix Ultimate".

On the bright side, this means I'll have less 3DS games to buy . In all seriousness it's annoying but I won't rage unless Pokemon and to a lesser extent Mario games become exclusive to the New 3DS.

I didn't even finish the original Xenoblade (because it's annoying to need a battery-powered remote to operate the menu screen). Whether the 3DS version is a new game or a remake doesn't worry me one bit.

Nintendo really need to outsource their marketing and branding.

Didn't really phase me either way. Revolution was such a cool name, completely states what their console was. Now it was a success regardless so I'm probably wrong, but I still feel like Revolution was a better name.

My biggest disappointment about the Gamecube is that we never got Mario 128

You're not wrong. The unfortunate implications of what Wii sounds like in the English language didn't help.
