This will happen again very soon - disaffected Nazi Ukrainians attacking Western cities.

Response from the Canadian Parliament..

Christopher Nolan Ovation GIF by BAFTA

Your positions are indeed clarified and settled.

You're an ignorant racist right winger.

This is just sad at this point.

I would genuinely feel pity for you, if you weren't such an insufferable piece of shit.

In response to being challenged about your hypocrisy regarding Russia/Israel, instead of taking the opportunity to internalise and reflect on what that says about you and your own biases, you instead go on absolutely unhinged rant against me and invent racism against "Arabs" (nice generalisation by the way) and support for "brave blonde white Ukrainians".

Is your life really that pathetic that your only recourse when being challenged and losing in an irrelevant political debate on a footy forum is to go on a feral attack, spouting nonsense that deep down you know is simply untrue?

Listen; I know being a nearly fifty-year old failed journalist with no friends, a history of drug abuse, and a crumbling self-identity crafted around thinking you're the smartest guy in the room but finally realising (painfully late) that you've never been that guy must be difficult. I get that. But that doesn't mean you should tie your self-worth to an internet forum that becomes so intrinsic to your self-worth that you cry and panic when you get banned for being a non-stop f***wit to the point that you negotiate a return quarantined only to the North Melbourne board. That's not healthy.

If you need more assistance with a wake-up call in this regard though, you just let me know. I'll be happy to meet in person and help you work through this.

(Oh, and I look forward to you having a massive sook about this post too, because as always; you're the classic example of a glassjaw phony who loves to dish it but has a massive cry as soon as it starts coming back in your direction).

I read that yesterday. It’s disgusting. One doctor saw it and thought that it was an anomaly, assumed that they were working in an area where there was a single psychopath in an IDF unit but then relayed their story to another doctor working in a different area and they said they saw the same thing.

Surprise surprise, the prisoners Russia recruited to send to the front lines aren't being released from duty at the conclusion of their contracts.

Hahahahahahaha lol Constable Chadwiko, there's a stolen car in a back street in South Yarra you need to go check out.

Apparentley Hezbollah are bad for fighting back against guys like this who invaded their country and loot homes.

Just gonna leave this first-hand account from an actual Lebanese person here, since we're apparently defending Hezbollah in this thread now. I think this made for some good reading for people who want to try and position Hezbollah as good just because they're at war with Israel, as if two wrongs make a right;

"Hezbollah is an Iranian para-military group who entrenched themselves in Lebanon after they fought the Israelis leading up to their 2000 withdrawal from southern Lebanon. They never abided by the Taif accords or by any UN resolutions. They're great at saying yes, then doing whatever the hell suits them.

Ever since then the Southern people who are predominantly Shia Muslims support Hezbollah both politically and militarily.

Hezbollah does not have Lebanese interests at heart. They do not protect Lebanese citizens or fight for our cause. They take their orders from Iran and are funded by Iran. They are here to be a thorn in the side of the Israelis and whenever Iran commands it they can cause a lot of trouble for Israel's northern cities.

They have assassinated the Prime Minister in 2005 which they were convicted of in the ICC but just brushed it aside. They worked hand in hand with the Syrians to assassinate dozens of anti-Syrian and pro-west Lebanese politicians. They worked with the Syrians to undermine the Lebanese government and install puppet Presidents and the entire country and then had the audacity to call others traitors for trying to work with the Americans. They have assassinated dozens of officers and generals in the army and police, activists and journalists.

They control South Lebanon ever since the Israeli withdrawal in 2000 and have not done anything for their constituents there. They continuously blackmail the Lebanese government into giving them the Presidency by refusing to elect anyone other than their candidate and just like now, they will sit in a Presidential vacuum forever until their pick is chosen because they get all their money from Iran and drugs and weapon sales and couldn't care less about the state of the country.

They don't care about the government in Lebanon or the Lebanese people's plight. They just care about keeping their weapons and their political strength without offering anything in return.

When they don't get their way or things turn against them politically, they use their military strength to invade Beirut or cause mini civil wars like in Tayyoune and Kahale where they tried to take over towns and cities with armed combatants in broad daylight for bullshit reasons like trying to deliver weapons to Palestinian camps and trying to stop the investigation into the Beirut Port explosion which implicated some of their ministers.

They started this entire conflict with Israel just like they did in 2006, and when the Israelis respond, they act like they're the righteous warriors defending the South of Lebanon when in reality they are the instigators and every single Lebanese death falls on the shoulders of Hezbollah and Iran. They do not consult the Lebanese government or the people and by themselves declare war on the entire people of Lebanon.

If we try to fight back militarily it turns into a bloody civil war that will make Syria look like a walk in the park.

Hezbollah is a cancer on Lebanon and anyone who sees them as protectors or as defenders are either wearing rose tinted glasses and do not live here or have been severely brain washed from a young age.

The sooner that Lebanon gets rid of Hezbollah and arms outside of the state the sooner Lebanon can get back on track to becoming a real country and delivering prosperity to their people.

As long as Hezbollah exists, the threat of war and destabilization will loom over the heads of anyone in Lebanon and the future of our children will never be safe."

Your anonymous Lebanese person speaks for everyone lol.

Go on, post the source

Hezbollah only exists because Israel invaded Lebanon.

Aren't you all about the right to resist invasion Constable?

(PS I have received dozens of PMs posters from posters calling you a wiener, a big stupid head and "the Milhouse of BigFooty")

You realise Hezbollah was formed because Lebanese Christians were massacring Lebanese Muslims and Palestinians with the support and probable participation of the Israeli army? This was while the Israeli army had invaded Lebanon in an attempt to force regime change and install their own puppet government by allying with Falangist Lebanese Christians, like the Falangists that supported Franco and Pinochet.

There are still Lebanese Christians who hate Hezbollah and Muslims generally and the sort of thing you just posted is exactly what they've said since the 1980s when I went to school with some of them. The first time I ever saw an m-16 assault rifle was cos one of them drove to school in his XE Dick Johnson Falcon (look up how rare they were,) and had one in the boot. (He was 16 btw.) He was a great guy but looking back on it some of politics and attitudes were sus as.

If you want to understand the anti Western attitude of groups like Hezbollah think about their experience of Western politics and organisations since the end of WW2. It doesn't paint us in a very good light.

So you're saying Constable Chadwiko of the BigFooty Drug Squad is aligning with tye far right again?

It's quite fascinating how clearly divided into religious areas Beirut is.

The old green line is all hipstered and covered in graff but the divide is still completely in place.

Gemmayze rocks though, the Christian party district,

Lebanon is an incredibly divided society.

As an aside I read a short story by JG Ballard once. It was about a kid who grew up in Beruit thinking all of the world was a conflict zone. He escaped and discovered all of the conflict on earth had been quarantined into Lebanon. I don't think he took it well.

US President Joe Biden has said he is "absolutely, positively" urging Israel to stop firing at UN peacekeepers during its conflict with Hezbollah in Lebanon, following two incidents in 48 hours.
On Friday, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said its troops were responsible for the incident, in which two Sri Lankan soldiers for the UN Interim Force in Lebanon (Unifil) were injured.
IDF soldiers operating around the Unifil base in Naqoura identified a threat and opened fire, the Israeli army said, adding the incident would be investigated "at the highest levels".
On Thursday, Unfil's two Indonesian soldiers were injured falling from an observation tower after an Israeli tank fired towards it.
