Was surrounded by them as a kid when North, Fitzroy, Bulldogs & South Melbourne were the competition whipping boys. And boy, did they lord it over you. Always knew the day would come when it was my turn.

That day has finally arrived.

Yeah and there was the small matter of them buying up our club shares and trying to take us over and looking after us by letting the reserves wear our jumper.
Some people have forgotten about the sheer arrogance of that club.

I lived the Carlton years and can say I am thoroughly enjoying what is happening to them now. What’s even funnier is that their only win may end up the reason * miss the finals.

Great post. Living in a family with carlton links i grew up hating names like hunter harmes johnson bosausato doul catogio and later names like dean Fitzpatrick fraser brown willams koodafedees.
