Surely * could have rolled back in the case of Jones missing. If he did, then they would have been defensively ready for the only thing Collingwood could do, if he didn't it wouldn't matter. Watched the last 20 mins of that Coll - Ess game. Awesome goal by Jamie Elliot at the end. I remember a few years ago he was almost retired due to shoulder injuries and just kept working and working until he built up his strength enough to play again. Then early in that last quarter he just beelined the ball in the goalsquare with an opponent coming straight at him and it didn't cause a goal but it was awesome. Good on him for kicking the goal. I agree with the commentary around the Pies not being true performers but I'd kill for us to be on 9 win streak and playing above ourselves.

Although that gives me shudders about 2016 though.
