Been listening to a lot of recruiter podcasts recently and they often talk about at the pointy end of the draft, it's hard work that seems to be the common theme, not so much talent or athletic freakishness. One gave the example of the stereotypical talented, silky, super athletic kid actually having worked hard on their athleticism and skills from a really young age.

It makes me feel really good about guys like Will Phillips, Jy, LDU etc.
