Side note - If Jokic can maintain this level for the whole season then anyone who does not vote for him for MVP needs to have the vote stripped.

I don't want to hear voter fatigue or any excuse. His start to this season is a level as good as any individual has ever played (small sample size).

He'll have to play this well for them to do anything

Surely a loss tomorrow to the raptors would end docs run. Bros got a much worse record than Adrian griffin. It looks so bad.
I dont want it to end, if he leaves early he'll con another team into giving him a job. The fraud needs to continue losing for a few months yet

Likewise Dame, puts up some nice stats but simply is not a winner. Gets gassed up constantly by media an fans, his Portland days were "get Dame some help" while he had CJ and Nurk with him now he teams with a top 3 player with good supporting cast and can't win. Very overrated

Expecting some blow back for this stance but there really shouldn't be any haha

The early Nugget demise narrative may have been too early.
Maybe but i am not sure Jokic can maintain this level, like he is clearly far and away the best in the league at the moment but even he can't keep this up surely?

A disaster would be Doc gets fired after about 25 games and Quinn Snyder gets fired around the all star break and then we hire Doc Rivers. This is a legitimate concern for me because the NBA seems stupid enough for this to actually happen.

Yeah dame has really fallen off this experiment isn’t going to work bill simmons said to trade both of them but I’d give it maybe to the end of the season incase things somehow turn around or maybe close to the trade deadline.

Giannis going to restart your franchise alone with the amount you could get for him.

On the one hand i am so confident no one is dumb enough to give him another chance

On the other hand i would have said the same thing this time last year...

Doc Rivers, Monty Williams and Tobias Harris... The big 3 of stealing a pay check!

Bill is a good listen but he also does try to trade any superstar who is on a team that has a bad month.

Embiid, Mitchell, KD, Luka have all been a matter of time until they ask out according to him.

They are 0% chance of turning it around though, the roster is just old. They have no way to get back in to title contention.

I was going to say not even a new coach bounce you think won’t happen? Like I’m not totally disagreeing with you, because of the level of superstars Giannis and dame are but I wouldn’t be surprised if you were right.

7 firsts plus young players type of deal

For OKC for example you'd think it'd be Hartenstein, Joe/Wallace or someone, and a haul of picks
GSW maybe Kuminga, Moody, Jackson Davis (Wiggins for salary) and the picks

With a supposed strong draft next year I do think he'll be traded before the deadline

I think they can improve and get back to play off level, especially in the East but the roster is just not good anymore.

Portis is cooked
Lopez is close to cooked
Middleton is very close to cooked
Lillard is still good but not the level he needs to be

They remind me a little of Philly a year or two ago where they were banking on Embiid and Harden being able to carry a really average roster around them. Harden is still a good player but not the MVP level he was in the past and it was good enough to push Boston in the 2nd round but the roster had a ceiling. Same with this Bucks team imo.

I can not see the Bucks agreeing to trade him to OKC without Chet or Williams being apart of the deal. Would love to see it happen though.

Middleton is the most cooked - he never plays

I think okc would have a better chance to get him then GSW but if it were up to him he’d probably chose the warriors over the thunder, I’ve heard the heat or nets would be on his wish list.
