I am going to say the Nuggets chose the alternate route of playing fatigued on the 1st game of a back to back instead of the 2nd.

Feels like a race between Jokic & Giannis as to who can get the higher seed for MVP.
I feel for Giannis because he is playing incredible but at this point it should not be even close.

Jokic is legit putting together one of if not the greatest seasons in NBA history. His dominance at the moment is just stupid.

Absolutely agree and if both teams were the 1 seed it'd be Jokic in a landslide.

If Giannis gets say the 3 seed and Jokic say the 8th, can you really give the MVP to Jokic? Past precedence says no, curious to see if that would apply to Jokic though.

I saw some Mavs fan (🤡) on twitter calling it a scam claiming that the Nuggets do everything to boost his on/off court numbers just to chase MVP’s for Jokic…

It’s comical, reminds me of Philly fans 2 years ago with Embiid. Has anyone ever seen a stat padder constantly take half and 3/4 court shots at the end of qtr? I’ve definitely see guys purposely NOT shoot them as to not hurt there shooting percentages.

It’s certainly this weird protectiveness over their guy in Luka treating him hard done by so shitting on the guys competing at the top with him.

I keep seeing it all the time with Warriors/Curry fans getting super defensive anytime some player credits Harden for changing the style of the NBA.

Are you referring to embiid or giannis?

Good times, good times.

Here’s a chronological timeline of everything that’s gone oh-so-terribly wrong for New Orleans over the past few months:

August 30: Amid a contract dispute after asking for the max, Ingram posts this cryptic message on Instagram a few days before he doesn’t show up to a voluntary workout that’s attended by pretty much every other teammate.

October 3: Murphy suffers a preseason hamstring injury that sidelines him for more than a month.

October 23: Murray fractures his left hand in the season opener.

October 29: Jones tears his rotator cuff—an injury he finally returned from Thursday night—and McCollum strains his right abductor, which kept him out for the next 13 games.

November 9: Williamson is ruled out indefinitely with a hamstring injury. Every update about his condition since then has been discouraging.

November 12: Alvarado strains his hamstring and has yet to return.

November 15-16: New Orleans’s entire medical staff sobs involuntarily for 48 consecutive hours.
