Suns need to blow it up and move on. The only asset they hold is KD so I think trading him away is the way to go

KD to Miami for Rozier + Robinson + a few picks should work for both sides. I think Butler would sign on if KD comes in so it works both ways for Miami

For Suns it gets them under 200 mill salary wise for 2025/26 and gives them assets to make a different move

Will pull you off if Miami could pull that off. 🤣🤣

Suns are just that screwed I think . All they can get is fleeced from here
Tbh don't think we have a tradeable 1st until 2030 because we have protections on the pick to OKC and Charlotte can't convey until 2 years after OKC does which should be 2025/7 but could be 2026/8 which blocks 2029 🤣🤣

Knicks with the second best streak in the league at present. Interesting to see how it looks when Robinson is back.
Behind Joker Towns is the best big man in the league, dominating almost every game.

Finney-Smith wearing number 17, a very popular number with Laker role players.

He isn't as punch-able as Rick Fox, so he has that going for him.

Massive game on ESPN today.

Heat vs Pelicans

If we can just win our next 48 games I reckon we're a sneaky chance for home court.

Alot of credit should go to Mobley and working his game out to where he can become a PF. They are lucky they didnt trade away Jarret Allen in that sense because Mobley has become better at PF then he ever could have been at C I feel. Out of all the young guys who have came in in last 4 years I feel he is the guy who has improved his game year to year the most.

Outside of that you got Garland/Mitchell working together alot better whereby Mitchell is letting Garland take more shots.

Mobley's good, but most of the credit should go to Kenny Atkinson. He's the one who unlocked the offensive potential of the team via a better system. Going from 18th to 1st in offensive efficiency is a bit like the Dubs going from Mark Jackson to Steve Kerr back in the day.

Don't think Mitchell is doing anything different now either, just in a better system. The main usage swings have been more Mobley, less Allen, and lowering LaVert's usage while upping his efficiency significantly. Both linked to system - spacing is better, hence 3Pt% raising from 15th to 1st and turnover % falling from 19th to 4th. Not playing in traffic anymore.

From that you also got Wade/Strus taking minutes away from Okoro who sucks. Levert as instant offense of the bench on a very good deal financially. Niang/Wade able to space the floor which is what they want with Allen/Mobley. They should try move Okoro + 2031 1st rounder for something that doesnt suck. A guy like Kelly Oluynk could work

Eh, Okoro's fine. Not really the type you usually take with the top-5 draft pick, but for a guy who couldn't shoot when he entered the league he's making nearly 50% of his threes, pretty good defender. Solid enough.

If you can upgrade then do it, but I don't think they should be in a rush to dump him. It's not like he's on an onerous contract either.

Markannen has been ****ing shit this season. OKC dodged a bullet with that one

I don't blame him tbh. Feel bad for him, and Will Hardy too for that matter. Danny Ainge is really holding them all hostage.

Either rebuild, or don't. They keep having a bet each way. Everyone on their team has been in trade rumours, yet they haven't traded Clarkson, or Sexton yet, let alone Markkanen. Do they have a single player who is off limits? If Walker Kessler is on the trade block, as is alleged, who the hell are they actually building around?

Their names keep getting leaked as trade bait, but they never get moved because Ainge always wants a king's ransom in return. I imagine it's very hard to play, or coach a team, in those circumstances. Motivation would wane quickly.

Utah are rebuilding. I just think Ainge wants a kings ransom as you said. I think all the guys they have are worth 1 1st and taking on a crappyish contract but they want more.

Pistons is a interesting one. 9th and Ivey out, they may want to make a move to keep themselves contending for playoffs. If I was them id be going after a Kuzma/Brogdon deal giving up Hardway and Isiah Stewart in the process.

Seriously what does Gobert actually provide nowadays. Tacko Fall could do what he does on the court.

They are doubling down and burying the team based on this one mistake. They should have moved Gobert on instead of KAT this off season. Take a expiring like Ingram on should have been the plan
