It’s not just that he was not getting 30 every game, he was averaging like under 20 points in close to 30% shooting. He had been objectively poor for a player of his standards.

Obviously winning is all that matters for the Celtics so it didn’t matter, but pointing out that he had been disappointing is totally fair and not hating.

But he hasn't been disappointing though? Doing other things at a high level how can you say that?

Other than shooting poorly what else warrants you saying he is disappointing?

He is an asset on defense, his ball control and play making have gone up a level.

He knows when he is shooting poorly not to force it and let the other guys take over.
