He played way too much ISO ball. He took bad shots. He sooked endlessly. He didn't get back on defence. And half his fouls were pure petulance.

He is an asset on defense, his ball control and play making have gone up a level.

He knows when he is shooting poorly not to force it and let the other guys take over.

His primary role is still a scorer, shooting 30% isn’t poor it’s awful and I don’t get the idea that he is deferring or whatever. He had 22 shots in game 2.

Moving the ball and playing good defence is a very low bar for a top 5 player in the world. That’s all anyone is saying.
