Now that the dust has settled on that poxy effort, if Celtics fans are being honest our shooting has been pretty poor during the finals, especially our 3 pt %, and given we generally live and die by that, it should be a concern. The only difference was Dallas took advantage of it today, and out played us.

Refs should not even be mentioned, when you shoot 36% from the field and 34% from 3, you do not deserve to win, never mind how passive we seemed, even when they got away from us their was zero fight.

So far in this series from 3pt line is below performance, pretty damning for a few guys.

Horford 6 from 14
Pritchard 2 from 15, 1 of those was a half court prayer.

We have always rebounded after a loss, although i don't think the margins have been this big, I'm confident they will get the job done. Tuesday our time will show whether this team has matured mentally like they have claimed, or it was all talk.

Just glad it wasn't a sweep. Would have been incredibly disappointing to go out that way after the Playoffs run we had.

It was good to see some proper Mavs basketball in the Finals though. Obviously Luka isn't going to be a All Defense player but he had been playing good defence all playoffs, which is why a lot of Mavs fans had defended him. I'm not sure what happened with his effort levels in games 1-3 but Game 4 showed that he can be more than capable on that end of the floor in big games. This team just copies Luka's mood/feeling/energy so much, when he's locked like that, the team follows.

Predicted it would go to at least 6 before the series, with Celts rightly favourites. Would be nice to win at least one more to make it somewhat interesting. Mavs have gotten better in every series so far against each opponent so I've got fingers crossed (for one more dub) but don't want to entertain the thought of an actual Finals win. That mountain is just too big to climb and getting my hopes up will just lead to disappointment. Can't see Celts losing 3-0.

Only way he can play is if he can move laterally guarding someone, if he can't do that and plays he will get murdered on the pick and roll. All the footage they have released shows him shooting shots without actually jumping, It's all smoke and mirrors from the Celtics, i would be staggered if he played.
