If Brook Lopez keeps making giant stepback 3s off the dribble I don't want the celts to play the bucks either.

Loving how a guy who shot a handful of 3’s in the first half - decade of his career is now jacking them up from 30 feet.

Zach LaVine spoke with Jim Boylen one-on-one to try to clear the air.

LaVine said he wouldn't characterize the interaction as an apology, but rather he had to "elaborate on thoughts."

"You just want to be real with people," LaVine told ESPN. "There shouldn't be any clouds. I think of myself as one of the leaders on the team. I just wanted to voice my opinion to them."

He continued: "This is a business, this isn't a dictatorship. We are all grown men, so everybody has a voice."

In a second meeting on Sunday, the idea of forming a leadership committee was discussed. The idea is that those appointed to the committee would act as a liaison between the players and coaches.

Boylen has been empowered and encouraged by management of the Bulls.

First off, if there’s no clouds, what do we do about data storage?

Secondly, I’m thinking an Adelaide Crows pre-season camp might be the go for this group

your point on bledsoe sucking this year.
The guys on Locked-on-Bucks podcast were saying how good bledsoe has been particularly on defence. I certainly haven't seen all games so checked out the stats.
interesting how PGs have gone against the Bucks this year.

Lowry: 0 points (0/7)+ 9 points (3/14)
Curry: 20 points (7/17) + 10 points (5/14)
Lillard: 22 points (5/12) + 13 points (5/15)
Booker: 29 points (13/26)
Walker: 21 points (3/12), 41 points (15/29)
Irving: 28 points (10/20)
Conley: 26 points (9/16)

Top Tier: 19.9 points @ 41.2% - would take that every day of the week against the above guys.

Jackson: 15 points (6/15)
Murray:14 points (7/16) + 17 points (7/14)
Fox: 15 points (6/14)
Teague: 4 points (2/10)

Mid Tier: 13 points @ 40%

Arcadiacono: 3 points (1/6) + 22 points (6/12)
Mudiay: 28 points (10/18)
SGA: 16 points (5/13)
Augustin: 11 points (4/9)
Forbes: 18 points, (8/11)
Fultz: 5 points (2/6)
Trey Burke: 19 points (9/18)
Collision: 10 points (4/6)

Lower Tier: 14.6 points @ 49%

He has generally defended the top guys well, it is the lower tier guys that have overall done pretty well against the Bucks - probably because Bledsoe feels he can help off them more.

+ his offense is not to be sneezed at
15.8 points, 5.8 assists, 2.2 TO, 1.4 steals
50.8% from the field, 36.8% from 3 point

Think his play this year shouldn't be underestimated.

Only going to comment on Curry

First game was out injured by the third quarter, so it's a little misleading. Other game we're in control the whole game and didn't really need him to go off (and he still finished with 20 points on a TS% of 53%, so not great, but still pretty solid for the last game of a 5 game road trip).

If you take out lolLowry and Curry's injured game, it looks like a pretty solid run by the higher top tier.

Bledsoe is a solid point guard, probably in that 15-20 range ranked against starting pg’s in the league. I think he’s the 6th best pg in the east behind kemba, Kyrie, Lowry, Simmons, Wall (no particular order not starting that up again hehe)

You could make a case for Dragic but he seems to be injured every second game

What's really sad about New Orleans' craptacular team defence is that Jrue is doing an unbelievable job of locking up opposing guards this season, and it largely goes to waste.
That defense must be bad because everytime I see a Pels box score it always seems like 3 of Jrue/AD/Mirotic/Randle go off offensively.

Pretty much this - ranked 4th offensively, 24th defensively.

Our other chronic problem is depth. We're basically a Thibs team this season.

Holiday and Davis are being wasted, trade them for Buddy Hield

Don't remind me...

What a waste that trade was.

You’re assuming Bledsoe has been the defender on all of those shots which is incorrect, hence why these stats are misleading.

For mine, he has always picked when he wants to play and when he wants a night off and has always thought he’s better than what he was.

Thats my view, but its only the eye test im going on tbh

Happy to be corrected by someone who watches the Bucks more than i do

To be fair, reading Bucks' fans opinions, they seem to be of the opinion that he's having a much better season this year.

Bucks' defence is good, and the offence is functioning at a high level. Obviously Bud and Giannis, etc get the foremost praise for that, but it's pretty hard to fault Bledsoe on the season to date. Scoring efficiency is up, assist/turnover ratio is decent.

He's definitely a player who divides opinion though, including Milwaukee fans.

How much of that is Bled stepping up and how much is the team and system standing up in spite of him?
