Don't look back in anger, I heard you say.

This song is unbelievably good live, so anthemic, goosebumps when the crowd starts singing 'sooooooo sally can wait'

Love Oasis so much. Some Might Say is my favourite and agree with whoever posted a few pages back about Up In the Sky, that's a great one as well.

What do the fans here think of Hey Now. I believe it is one of the best tracks off Morning Glory. It gives a good insight into Noels thoughts and what Oasis and the Rock n Roll were doing to him. Did anybody else notice Morning Glory is a fairly dark album in terms of lyrics. Maybe not as dark as Be Here Now, but most of the songs are very deep.

The Definitely Maybe tracks are so different.

1.Definitely Maybe = Fun album about Noel wanting it all.

2.Morning Glory = Noel has it all, and songs like Some Might Say really show that he is looking for brighter and better days.

3. Be Here Now = Very dark album in terms of lyrical content. D'You Know What I Mean was written by a very unhappy man. Stand By Me, Don't Go Away, All Around The World are not songs written by a man who loves life.

4. Standing On The Shoulders Of Giants = A very big come down (pun intended). Where Did It All Go Wrong really says it all. And Noel was so put off with two members leaving he allowed Little James to be put on the LP. A shame:eek:

5. The Heathen Chemistry = A very back to basics album. Real Oasis fans love this album. Bandwagoners well and truly jumped of, and good riddance. The Hindu Times is a ripper, Gems Hung in a Bad Place is a top track. Stop Crying Your Heart Out and Little By Little go very very well. And Liam started writing some great songs aswell, with the exception of Better Man.

6. Don't Believe The Truth = If The Heathen Chemistry wasn't a return to form, this well and truly was. Let There Be Love, The Importance Of Being Idle, and Turn Up The Sun are the highlights of this ripper. And Liam penned some beauties aswell. Guess God Thinks I'm Abel, The Meaning Of Soul, and Love Like A Bomb are all great.

7. The Masterplan = They really are the peoples band. Any band that has a compilation like this are truly one of the greats.

I live my life in the city....
And there's no easy way out, the days just movin' to fast for me.
Maine Road, 1996, Second night i think, search for the first night and the first song acquiesce, **** me the intro to that song is colossal at that gig, a whole floor erupts.
I'll definitely try and find it. Have you heard It's good to be free in the white room. Liam sounds fantastic. And you must hear the acoustic versions of Live Forever, and Whatever. Liam sounds fantastic

Have you lot heard the demo version of Live Forever, its the one Andy Bell talks about on the Defintely Maybe DVD. Liam is very young, the demo is almost better then the recorded version, someone could play Live Forever on an empty fish tin and it would still sound great.
