feel like we are due an injury update with preseason now back, in relation to who is in the rehab group and how far off they are from the main group
I'm starting to suspect they won't be back soon.Anyone else curious about where Delaney/Swallow/Tarrant/Harper/Garner are at with their injury progress?
Havent heard much from the club in regards to this but I can
understand if they are staying tight lipped!
Would love to know how far away Taz and swallow are!
and konstanty back in full training before xmas?Reliably been told that most players will be training fully leading up to Christmas except for:
Comben - Shoulder - Post Christmas
CCJ - Achilles - Post Christmas
Logue - Wrist - Post Christmas
Duursma - Shoulder - Post Christmas
George - Knee/Shoulder - Mid 2025
Goater - Achilles - Post Christmas
Goater isn’t far away from getting back into full contact training but they’ll get a conditioning block into him pre-Christmas. Big conditioning block for Duurs pre Christmas too.
Eek. That sucks. I know he's still a few years off being a critical player but it's all missed opportunity.I'm told Shotgun will be out for two months.
It begins.

Agree. Just want him playing as many games as possible at this point at full fitness - even if at VFL level. It's just the nature of the game though, agree he will be able to come back in very good nick.He can keep his running and aerobic work up with this injury so he’ll bounce back pretty quick!
With Griff still wearing non-contact gear that’s a quarter of our list injured or being managed. Not ideal however with most due back in Feb/Jan not too bad. CCJ the main concern here clearly.

Has CCJ had a further setback or something? I thought he copped his injury at a similar time as Goater. Stiff for him as I think he really needs to show something this year. It’s not as bad as it seems. Comben, Payne, Duurs, Corr, Goater and Konstanty are still able to get big training blocks in, just non-contact.
George and CCJ really the longer term ones. While it sucks for CCJ, I’m happy that the info I was getting on him was correct.

He has had multiple setbacks. Everytime they tried to increase his loads his Achilles plays up again. His first block of running resulted in him being back in a moon boot for 4 weeks. Has had further setbacks since then.

CCJ coming back to full training in May-June doesn't bode well.
Kall Dawson another one in a difficult spot - a managed pre season program heading into a 1 year deal isn't great timing.
There's always something with that bloke. Often during pre-season too.'Finger' and it puts him out till mid-late Jan. **** all luck of the Irish about Aidan, is there
