Your statement makes absolutely no sense.

If anything it actually makes what Mark Jackson said even more outrageous. That he would say it about a tandem with one player that has a history of injuries.

He made the statement in 2013 and people laughed at it at the time considering some of the great shooters in the history of the league.

Klay had played about 100 NBA games and Steph hadn't even been an All Star.

And another reason your statement makes no sense is that Klay was only in his second year when Jackson said it. How much earlier do you think he could have said it even if Steph hadn't of been injured?
Yet in 2013 the game against the knicks when he went off for that 54 point game we found out who steph curry was going to be.
But with that said curry was on the verge of becoming an all-star and probs should've made it that year anyways, and klay was a year away from being klay.
Fox is in his 2nd year and looks like he is on the upward climb while marvin just started come on man. Mark jackson saying steph and klay were going to be the best backcourt of all time makes more sense than this westbrook KD comparison.

Nets to make a potential 6 win streak with a win over the lakers today.
Doing this without levert not to bad.

You know this has nothing to do with your first argument.

At least this one has some real points in it.

Except for the comment that Klay was one year away from being Klay. What does that even mean? That's what a prediction is! You can't say it's not a good prediction because Klay ended up kicking ass. He predicted something no one else believed.

It's like if I said Melo will be an All-Star again next year and then next year I wrote "I told you!", then you replied "Melo was one year away from being an All-Star again so it's not really that great a prediction".

All i said was the comparison Dave Joerger made that fox and bagley were the next westbrook and kd was ridculios given the inexperience side of things had he said it a couple years down the track maybe but the mark jackson statement you are referring to was said in his final year.

It's not impossible to think that Fox and Bagley have the potential to be as good as Westbrook and Durant were as teammates. It's obviously extremely unlikely (less than 5%). But, good for him for saying it though.

It was no more (or less) likely at the time than thinking an injury prone non-All Star and a 100 game player would be the greatest shooting back court of all time. And he wasn't just right, but the end result hasn't even ended up being close. Klay and Steph ended up being lightyears ahead of any other back court duo.

Also, what does Mark Jackson saying it in his final year have to do with anything? That's not even an argument. It's also not true. He said it during the 12-13 season and was fired after the 13-14 season. I'm not even sure why I'm pointing it out as it means nothing whether he coached them for 1 more game or was still coaching them now.

Whenever you argue you always bring up some really random points.

Your first sentence just agreed with my first comment about this..
Well obviously why would anyone point out one game hence why i said in his last season because he saw it coming imo he shouldn't have been fired but you make changes for a reason i guess.

Of course it's a crazy statement. No one is disagreeing. But so was the Curry/Thompson one.

Hence the comparison I made.

IT WASN'T HIS LAST SEASON!

Also, history has shown that the firing was a good idea.

Stephen A Smith has sources saying that Boston offered Tatum and Brown for Davis.

Nevermind that Boston can't trade for AD until the off season because Kyrie is a "Rose rule" player.

Boston will never trade tatum and or brown for anyone. Teams can have bird, thiese and ojeleye only.
