The team that will benefit most will be Newcastle if that happens. Because they lack the incoming Champions League funds they can't buy their way in - good in one sense but bad in the other of a closed shop. Now they'll be able to add Saudi funds easier.

Isn't this designed exactly with your psr breach in mind?

Fair bit of fear mongering going on in the press about this.

Sponsorship deals will still be subject to fair market value. Clubs with owners that subsidise them through cheap or free loans will be treated the same as if an owner subsidised them through sponsorship or cash injection.

I don't see mega deals happening. But sides will be given the chance to compete and grow.

And it will remove a procedural unfairness which the league applied to certain clubs based on the origin of their ownership.

Don't think the cost is the issue..
I know but the square up that it was a kind gesture that it was a gift forgets that it cost nothing financially to Levy, and cost the players losing their focus from the game with a weird gesture

Makes the pre game whole squad photo even weirder now

Happy tourists just being there

Always felt that way with Spurs, happy to be there and just hoping and praying to win. Whereas we were on business.

Which procedural unfairness was this one?

The investigation rejected completely the Man City claim that the procedures were unfair against Gulf owned clubs.

Sounds like you're spinning some bs.

If only Spurs started Lucas Moura. You know. The guy that scored a hat trick the game before.
Instead Kane was his usual ineffectiveness overrated self that game.

Was only 1-0 until 80th minute. Spurs could’ve easily won
Spurs were never winning that game. The watch mentality confirms it.
