Cootes being a massive United fan it's hardly surprising these are his true feelings which came out while pissed(high?). While pretty dumb to let this be recorded the people who release these videos are pretty shit.

That being said we all know Klopps a campaigner anyway, how he carried on on the sidelines showed us that.

I can see why it’s a big deal and he’ll probably get sacked but honestly, when I first heard of it I expected it to be much worse. Basically all he says is Liverpool played shit and Klopp is a campaigner. Silly thing to do but am finding it hard to be outraged like a lot of people.

The worst bit is the “we hate scousers” at the end, but Coote wasn’t the one saying it so not sure that can be held against him.

I mean he hasnt said in the video that he purposely gives Liverpool bad decisions and favours the opposition but he still says he hates Jurgen Klopp and that Liverpool are shit and in his position you're really not supposed to have those opinions or voice them or act on them when on the field refereeing.

The vale of silence protects referee's so when they make shit decisions against your club you cant say oh they are bias, because they have never said anything to the contrary and their job is to stay impartial.

But Coote broke the silence so now anything involving Liverpool will be scrutinized so I dont think he can be allowed to continue as a referee unfortunately.

Agree thought it would be more damning when I first heard about it. But it's enought that he's compromised from officiating Liverpool games again and possibly important games that could influence their position.

You might have missed the news but Klopp isn't Liverpool's manager anymore, so his feelings on Klopp feel pretty irrelevant.

When did he say Liverpool are shit? Think that was his mate.
