The headline is sensational. Bruno Fernandes helped someone who looked a bit unsteady to sit down. The real story is that Fernandes and Diogo Dalot fly Easyjet to go on international duty!

Man helps a passenger during a medical emergency on plane. Gets criticised for being rich and flying with a budget airline.

When did society become so cynical all the time?

I don't like the guy but yeah, ridiculous. Only three airlines fly out of Manchester to Lisbon - TAP (decent, like Virgin Australia, but still relatively budget), EasyJet and Ryanair. EasyJet is a clear middle of those three and probably the only agreeable one.

It didn't sound like a medical emergency. The guy stood back up and walked back through the plane to his seat.

But to be fair, Fernandes is used to carrying passengers.

I didn't watch the game, obviously, but have just watched the LFC v AV highlights and I would say that the motion made was one to wave away the foul. The arm swipe looked nothing like the action to play advantage.

However, Who gives a **** (for the scousers in here). A goal was scored. The incorrect refereeing decision in that split second is now rendered inconsequential.

I took it more as a 'You've still got the ball keep going' motion, which while not being technically an advantage signal, was indicating for Liverpool to keep going. It was pretty clear that as the ball had fallen to Nunez there was no need to stop play.

If he's at the euros why is he using an American bank note

Coote trying to recall that evening’s events.

Because the problem is what if Nunez wasn't there. And Coote just says no foul when Mo is clean through.

Great that Nunez picked the ball up and scored. Lucky he was there really so we can avoid another dodgy decision from Coote.

But he was there rendering the bellyaching moot.

VAR was there to be used had he not been there btw.

I swear scousers on here would complain if they were gifted a suitcase of cash.
