I felt S2 was pretty average. It had it's moments, but it somehow felt too long and like they tried to cram too much in with two story lines.

Didn't really buy the acting from the guy that plays Billy.

The girl became less annoying as the season went on.

I really hope that's not the last we see of Bernthal in the role though. He's made it his own.

With so much source material to choose from you'd think they would find him some better story lines.

Finally finished it, thought the first half was very good, think it lost its way a little when they really tried to balance the Russo and Pilgrim stories. Should have let him resolve one issue then spend the last couple of episodes on the other. The guy who played John was fantastic.

Thought it was great, season 1 probably in front but still really enjoyed 2. Didn't mind the young girl, good dynamic with Frank and some good moments. They needed to put a bit more effort/money into Billy/Jigsaw though, was he supposed to be disfigured lol? Agree with others they could have dropped his love story with the psych completely, wouldn't have lost much and probably would have improved the season overall. Pilgrim character was heaps more interesting, I like how that finished up between him and Frank.

Finished. Picked up towards the end but I felt it got bogged down in the middle with the Billy Russo stuff. I think it would have been better to have just gone with the Pilgrim/Mennonite storyline. Would've liked some more exploration of the John character.

Every Marvel Netflix show ever. No idea why they're always 13 eps, the filler eps always stick out like dogs balls and every single one of them would benefit from cleaner and leaner seasons of 8 to 10 eps.

I get he’s The Punisher, but FFS, let him have a ******* life.

I didn't mind the ending but yeah kinda would have liked to see him at least go back and talk to the chick from the first ep. Although I guess that bridge had been comprehensively burnt lol

Finally finished this tonight and I have to say if that's the end I am quite satisfied with it.

It started with a bang, still took a little while to find its rhythm, then when it found a rhythm it started to forget it, but the final couple episodes were very good and engaging

Frank was pretty good, they kept in right on the edge of being a bit too emotional and feeling but he was still the cold blooded killing machine that we watch the show for. The girl started off very annoying and I couldn't wait for her to die but she became bearable by the end. Bit too much focus on Madani, the psychologist and the police guy throughout the series as well. Thought Jigsaw was handled all right even though his make up was quite underwhelming I was expecting something more like the film Punisher War Zone. The Pilgrim character took too long to get going and when he finally did get going it ended a bit too soon, I would've liked to have seen that sort of phase stretch out for maybe an episode or two more. The expanded role for Curtis was good and he filled an important void as Frank's sidekick given the absence of Micro in this season.

None of the action scenes felt repetitive which is a credit to their production unlike some other marvel Netflix series where they definitely get a bit tiresome.

I think it definitely saved it's best moments for the last few episodes, seemed like they chocked it up with some good music and made it feel like they waited on spending the big money for the end.

There are several scenes throughout the did come across as tacky and try hard, the notable example being the episode that starts with a montage of home and away tier sex scenes intercut with shootouts full of CGI blood, and Metallica, but they were few and far between.

The very last scene was an excellent way to go out for the character and left me feeling a good amount of closure and ending for what was the Punisher Netflix series. I was more than happy to just continue to show Frank doing his thing rather than shoehorning some sort of unnecessary development or happy feel good ending. It was fitting.
