We did enough for it not to be a backfire
You did enough to give everyone a good laugh in SeptemberMeh, we were one of four 4 Vic clubs to make the 8. We did enough for it not to be a backfire. Over to the Hawks, because **** Geelong.
This thread rhymes with Jack DyerThe AFL is clearly favouring interstate clubs. It is why they held the Opening Round in QLD and NSW. It is why they allowed WCE to tank for Harley Reid. There is even crazy talk Jazny may get her way with a Tassie franchise.
So that is why the strong Victorian clubs need to stand together to protect the fabric of the game.
Who will put their hand up and take a stand?
So far Shemons, Poos and Tuggers have shat the bed and been of no assistance, confirming they are not strong Victorian clubs. In fact they have made the issue worse with such non-competitive losses.
Thank god for Carlton standing up against this interstate awakening. Will anyone else join us or are we one out against the 8 interstate clubs?
Welp, looks like Melbourne has fallen without so much as a yelp. Like so many times before it's left to Geelong, the final bastion of Victoria, to put the state on our shoulders once more. Our old legs grow weary but still we trudge on just the same.
Feraligatr and her amazing, Werribee Caravan of Courage Tigers have just flogged the rich, CFL Loaded Brisbane Lions to book themselves into the VFL Grand Final !!!
Victoria wins over evil Interstate plastic franchise onces again !
Carn the Tiges !!
Don’t worry too much Chronzy, they’ll be changing the rules again at the turn of the decade to stop RichmondHoks up and coming, AFL scats are always thereabouts and the Pies won't take long to be back in the top 4 again. As for the rest of the minnows... A merger is always an option.
The CFL has changed plenty of rules due to the pies successful tactics before too.Don’t worry too much Chronzy, they’ll be changing the rules again at the turn of the decade to stop Richmond
Yeah, "changing the rules" to include Richmond getting a Norf style draft rescue packageDon’t worry too much Chronzy, they’ll be changing the rules again at the turn of the decade to stop Richmond
YepThe CFL has changed plenty of rules due to the pies successful tactics before too.
Still no cure for Daicos derangement syndrome I see.Yep
The “free kick Daicos “ rule is a ripper that the rest of us can only dream of aspiring to

I was more thinking of the Hocking changes that delivered your last premiership*Yeah, "changing the rules" to include Richmond getting a Norf style draft rescue package
Ah the "play home finals at your opponent's home ground" rule?I was more thinking of the Hocking changes that delivered your last premiership*
I'm pleasantly surprised we finished on top of the ladder without him this year. I expected a bit of a drop off but a few of the other boys have really stood up.Imagine how much better they'd be with Shaun Mannagh
