The AFL is clearly favouring interstate clubs. It is why they held the Opening Round in QLD and NSW. It is why they allowed WCE to tank for Harley Reid. There is even crazy talk Jazny may get her way with a Tassie franchise.

So that is why the strong Victorian clubs need to stand together to protect the fabric of the game.

Who will put their hand up and take a stand?

So far Shemons, Poos and Tuggers have shat the bed and been of no assistance, confirming they are not strong Victorian clubs. In fact they have made the issue worse with such non-competitive losses.

Thank god for Carlton standing up against this interstate awakening. Will anyone else join us or are we one out against the 8 interstate clubs?

I'm pleasantly surprised we finished on top of the ladder without him this year. I expected a bit of a drop off but a few of the other boys have really stood up.

There are a couple that could be drafted this year and have an impact at AFL level.
