Loners would tend to go pretty close i'd say. Why??

They don't post there potential starting teams on forums. Therefore they don't have everyones opinion tempting him/her to change there team to match the other 1000 sheep that copy the first half decent looking team they lay there eyes on. Or get caught up in he hype of players like Salem ect.

(Once they see there team being spoken about on forums as a chance of winning, they'd probably come out of the woodwork i reckon and who can blame them haha)

P.S not bagging this forum at all. TBH it's probably one of a limited few forums I've come across where individuality with pod selection is praised to an extent and not shot down for being a little left field.

The overall winner had very much a cookie-cutter team at R1.

His only two real PODs (Malceski and Brayshaw) were arguably 'mistakes' in hindsight. Although he held Malceski all the way until R18 - maybe there's a lesson in that for the rest of us trigger-fingers!

Trigger fingers sums me up pretty well in supercoach. Got a link to his r1 team?
