I thought the other way. When Newman and McVeigh were both in the team I thought Lloyd's form suffered ever so slightly. Would be the darkest of dark horses for the B&F this year.
Yer I thought he trailed off in the latter part of the year but was still vital to our clearance out of the back half, hence my top 3 prediction.

I reckon Jones is in with a chance to finish top 5, let alone top 3. He was superb for a lot of the year, despite his inability to kick the ball properly.

Yep Lloyd was great while Macca was out of the team. He was still decent enough but his 1st half was way better than his 2nd

How much podcasting will go on during the off season? I really enjoyed the podcasts this year. Thanks for doing them!
We've got almost weekly shows this month, then it backs right off to key dates in november. We'll ve doing a live podcast during the draft, a live one next wednesday too.

Off-season podcast dates (sent to the club)

Friday, October 6th (live) - We're doing a live podcast before the Bob Skilton Medal count. We'll be blogging as well.

Wednesday, October 11th (live) - We'll be doing a live podcast during the middle of the 2nd trade/free agency week at 12pm. We have Rohan Connolly and Adam from Dream Team Talk as guests so far.

Tuesday, October 31st (recorded) - We'll be doing a podcast and the end of the month with a trade period wrap-up, final list lodgements, etc.

Monday, November 20th (recorded) - We'll be doing a podcast three weeks later after the 2nd delisted free agency window closes, doing a wrap-up of the trade and delisted free agency windows. We're hopeful of chatting to one or two draft hopefuls leading up

Monday, November 27th (live) - We'll be doing a live podcast during the draft. A number of our listeners are avid draft followers and one of our co-hosts on the podcast is the editor for one of the draft hub websites, so we'll be doing a sort of live-commentary about the draft.

Monday, January 15th (recorded) - We'll be kicking off the new year by looking back at off-season, how it's gone, drafts and trades etc.

Can't like this enough!

Lloyd's 2nd half of the season was better than his first. Very consistent year, and if it hadn't been for a very poor semi final, he could have finished top 3. But Lloyd isn't my prediction for top 3, but it's another one on that list ;)

Lloyd was hardly poor in the SF. In fact he was one of our best but that's not saying much.

I bloody love this kid though. Played 92 games and I honestly can't recall one bad one out of the lot. Very lucky to have him in our team

He had two bad ones....both Hawthorn losses. It was like he didn't even play he went missing so bad.

Are you taking the piss, SF? Lloyd knocked out in first minute of our 1st Hawks game.

I am...I think if we had him we cruise out of defense and win going away. I'm 99% sure he didn't play in the 2nd game either. The only reason I'm questioning myself is because you brought it up =D

Late withdrawal with a hip injury

Our show last night was massive! We had almost 700 people tune in to watch us talk about the Swans live, and more than 1k views! We had a great time and despite a few technical glitches, and rancour celebrations, it went superbly.

Well, we're back again on Wednesday! Tune in again on Facebook as we bring you latest and greatest trade news and Swans news!

Thanks everyone who was involved and help make it a great episode. It was our best yet!

We're currently talking to one of the youth academy coaches as well, to make an appearance on the podcast. Unfortunately, not Laidler or Kennelly, but someone who works with younger players, stay tuned...

update
We're still talking to academy coaches, but is a little bit more well known ;)

Keep at it! Will be keen to hear this one, and to see your approach.
