My mum parks like that everywhere because she doesn’t want someone parking too close to her and hitting her with their car door. She also never cleans up after herself if she’s eating at a food court or something, even if the bin is right next to her. She’ll just leave the wrappers, cups on the table. “It’s somebody’s job to do that.”
