Doordash are so much better than Uber eats.

Liquorland tried to give me cheaper drinks when I paid for the more expensive ones (cruiser double blacks and they gave me stick standed cruisers).
Doordash refunded straight away without issue.

If it was uber eats they'd be like lol sucks to be you.

I've had 3 Uber orders recently that were never delivered. One I think he might have gone to the wrong address but close to mine but the other 2 were nowhere near my place on the live map when it changed to showing as delivered. A refund was as simple as 2 clicks on the computer, no fuss. It must be happening a lot if they don't even question it or enquire with the driver!

Firstly, I live in South Yarra and love KFC so it could have been me lurking around
So he wouldn't bring the food up to you??? Some of the drivers are wonderful but I think a lot are really dodgy. When I've had these orders go missing and got a refund I've re-ordered something else straight away and they give you a pin number you have to quote to the driver. Not sure how it works but it's extra security however if the driver already knows what the code is it won't stop them dropping it at the wrong spot or stealing it.
I make a point of calling the driver by their name so they know they've got the right person but their system is pretty shit when they are allowed to just drop it and run.
