The New Sydney is a great pub in Hobart. A Boags pub though which is unusual as Boags is a Launceston beer. Great atmosphere at the New Sydney, cost little pub with a huge open fire place going in winter.

Probably because they are now owned by cub and they realise that muck Carlton draught would get outsold by this beautiful creation.

American IPAs are terrific. Especially on draught in the States.
We don’t do great IPAs here.

Yeah they do in spring. I've never tried it, always been meaning to. It's only available for a few weeks.
