Muddy and I already discussed and resolved this off board. I said I'd save you lot disagreeing about what is or isn't allowed, or having to debate grey areas, by not posting anything related to either thing I queried again.
I'm happy to stick to that.
But FWIW, seeing it's been raised again, no, it isn't obvious what is acceptable or not when what you call "drug use" (and whatever "or the like" means!
), is my and other people's legally prescribed medicine. Not to mention the fact that I've posted a couple of dozen similar or identical things which weren't deleted in the past year or so.
Personally, I'd much prefer clear rules than 'getting away' with whatever.
I hope we'd be able to establish that - clear rules - once and for all here on this thread because I'm not here to cause work for you mods (I'm sure most feel the same), and let's face it, the site 'rules' you guys are told to point to as some 'useful guide', are quite deliberately so broadly outlined that literally anybody can be banned for literally anything, according to the interpretation of each individual moderator.
Terms such as "likely to offend", "abusive", "misinformation" etc. are entirely open to a moderator's individual interpretation of what they mean.
At which point, it really does help to know how the interpretation of the rules will be moderated.
You guys all agreeing what is and isn't acceptable, us clearly understanding how your interpretation will work in practice.
