Haven't they? Reckon Harks is a shot for Poster of the Month.

In all seriousness, I can't see anything wrong with what Harks said. In no way was that trolling.

I think some of the lads thought I was heavy on there being internal unrest and to be fair, I shouldn't have raised that irrespective of what I have heard.

The point was really that players look at a lot more than just money when being seduced by clubs.........I would and I can understand that for now, Hawthorn is an appealing destiny.

Oh, and just for mentioning trading Yarran, i'm posting this again.

Where the hell did Yarran's name come from? Maybe if he was 28 but we need to keep all of the players his age. Not only that, he's the one player left at Carlton that's good to watch.

I know it's highly unlikely, but that would be a disaster.

Don't worry. We actually want to win games of footy next year. The club won't be that stupid and Yarran will not be put on the table. Besides, I thought Sydney need salary relief? We should do what etsal1 has been suggesting. Trade our pick 6/7 for either 2 late first round picks or a slightly lower 1st round pick and a 2nd rounder. We then on trade those picks for Mitchell and Jaksch and retain our 2nd round selection to pick up a draft slider. Would be the perfect outcome IMO. We get a young gun mid who can have immediate impact, we get a potentially high talent key position swing man who adds much flexibility to our team, and we pick up a talented kid in the draft who has slid into the second round. People may be upset at giving away our first round pick but Mitchell is 20/21ish in age (only 2/3 years older than a draftee) and is ready to have an immediate impact and 10 year career at the Blues.

I do hope we re-sign Robbo to a very very strict 1 year deal.
Didn't someone at the club say, if they couldn't find a suitable trade for Robbo, he would be delisted anyway, as a delisted free agent?
This was a mistake by the club, as there are apparently no known offers on the table at this stage. At his best Robbo, in in the best 22, but I think the new rule they brought in regarding "diving under the legs" has really hurt his style of play, and he hasn't been able to adjust to a new style. Other clubs will just wait until he is delisted, and then make an approach.

NO ONE AT THE CLUB SAID THAT.

;)

Not publicly, at least.
So?

Robbo's big mouth manager is the one doing his client a disservice by saying it publicly as now Robbo will have to wait longer to get to a club as a DFA (if any club wants him). I wouldn't.

I believe I saw it quoted in one of the Melbourne papers, just after the nightclub incident when he came clean, a quote by an official at the club, and I take this as being accurate, on face value by the journalist, who I can't recall. I apologize if I'm wrong, if this is not the case.
Apology accepted because it's wrong :p

I'm not so sure etsal, if it turns out to be accurate, will you apologise to me?
Nothing of the sort was mentioned when the incident occurred. The only time anything was ever said publicly was by Robinson's big mouth manager 2 weeks ago after our season finished.
