Bordering covid levels of conspiracy shit now. Thats it from me

“however, that there were insufficient data to determine if the low fluoride level of 0.7 mg/L currently recommended for U.S. community water supplies has a negative effect on children’s IQ.”

From your own article you posted.

That is just assuming your only source of fluoride is from the drinking water. Once you put it into the water system, adn that water is used to grow food, etc you can get exposed to significantly higher doses.

It is why Europe doesn't put it into the water, because there is no method of control to what you will get exposed to and we know at higher doses there are significant problems with it.

It is also different to toothpaste, you are told to spit it out, once you ingest the fluoride, it is absorbed by other things where fluoride isn't good, like in the brain, where there is no teeth to decay.

Me personally if I was a GOP voter, wouldn't be rewarding a serial life long sex offender with the most powerful job in the world, no. Not just for myself, but as I said, for those I care about. The message that must send to women, is depressing to say the least.

Can't support sexual abuse, even for supposedly low egg prices.

Socially, I’m a conservative. Politically, I stopped voting for the Libs a long time ago because of how putrid they are. If I were in America, I wouldn’t have voted. Just because you don’t want to vote for the other party, doesn’t mean you should vote for a guy who’s as big a turd as Trump is. I get that people have broader values and they want to vote for the party which supports those values, but at a certain point I think you have to say that the candidate for the party you want to vote for is just too repulsive and not vote, and Trump is well past that line, for me anyway.

That is a small study in NZ. If you want to read the takeways of that study...

Which include...

"How much fluoride a person is exposed to depends on their diet, how much water they drink, the level of fluoride in the water supply, and their oral hygiene routines."

"Recent studies continue to show that at very high levels and with chronic exposure, fluoride could potentially have negative neurodevelopmental and cognitive impacts. However, this is not a concern at levels used in fluoridation of water supplies in Aotearoa New Zealand."

They used a very low dosage supplement in that region.

There are literally hundreds of studies that show the opposite, the EPA and CDC lost a court case that was imitated by a Harvard professor who said the data coming in from studies means we have to change how we see the benefits vs risks, especially when we take an oath to do no harm.

Tas do you think its plausible that IQ of children in the US is decreasing because low IQ people tend to have more children than those with higher IQ? Hmmm

Americans are dumb not because they have low IQ, but because they are subjected to a horrifically poor education system. There are about 500 genes associated with intelligence and about 80% of them are hereditary. Whilst you could breed dumber people like we changed wolves into Chihuahuas with controlled breeding, it would take numerous generations and would require us to actively pair dumb people together. I am no expert, but I would imagine that it would be impossible to notice any kind of variation due to breeding in the span of 50 years or however long these studies were done.

There are definitely other factors going on besides the genetic makeup, I think the way they educate kids nowaday has changed and there are some pros and cons.

There probably needs to be a lot more research done but until you can factor how much fluoride people are exposed to during pregnancy and during their formative years, it would be safer to excluded it from the water supply and to just brush with toothpaste and spit it out. There isn't a good excuse to justify a potential risk. If you are a genius and lose 5-9 points it isn't going to be the biggest setback but for guys in particular we are looking at a particularly ugly bell curve, a lot of guys can't afford to lose that kind of cognitive ability when they are on the lower end of that bell curve.

And frankly, this really is one of the more minor things on his agenda. If you are concerned, you can get a water filter.

very strange analyst, considering how much the dems were in bed with the tech companies. I don't think its because they don't know how to navigate social media, they can/will/have gotten those companies to change algorithms in their favour.
I think it's more because the people they've chosen are completely unrelatable to the general population of America.
I mean the names that have been thrown up in this thread, do people really think Newsom would've held ground with the steel workers? Trump would've had a field day with him too.
I think you’re both right. It all comes back to Trump himself. The dems just don’t have anyone - there isn’t anyone - who can get near Trump and his mastery of controlling the message. Whether that’s on social media or mainstream media.

The guy that runs my local fish and chip shop could be better president than Donald Trump.

It's so much a question of who they have to lead but more so everything else they're doing.

Don't mention the other guy/woman by name, give them the silent treatment. Don't say anything that alienates their fans/people likely to vote for him/her.

Keep it simple and repeat over and over the things you pledge to do in office to make the country better.

ie -
  • Cost of living
  • Women's reproductive rights
  • Better Healthcare
  • Gun problem (to be honest that would be a hollow pledge because no President can fix it)

I can't guarantee ^that^ will get you victory but if you continue to go to the same play from the playbook....you'll continue getting results like the one we just had.

I get what you’re saying, and agree with the point that there’s a kind of arrogance about the Democratic Party that alienates a lot of people.

But imo, this election has not been about Republicans vs. Democrats or right vs left. It’s been Trump vs everyone else. Americans love Trump, it’s as simple as that.
