I wonder at what level Phoenix Spicer will look comfortable. Seems to get in the right places but his indecisiveness is apparent and he fumbles a lot. For some reason I can see him popping up on some team's list when he is about 25yo (eg Quintin Narkle) and has figured out what he actually needs to do to make an impact.
