What countries aren’t racist?

Subject to opinion, how one defines racism will differ to one person to the next.

Does that make racism acceptable in Australia because other countries are racist as well?

Australia is an incredibly racist country. I find it deeply unsettling.

I am an Australian and don't consider myself a racist, I don't see colour, or dismiss differing cultures to my own. I see human beings.

Saying "Australia is a racist country" is a very different thing to saying "Australians are racist"... even if some people might use them interchangeably, it would make for better conversation if we could understand the differences.

Equally... saying "Australia is a racist country" is a pretty pointless thing to say unless your context is that Australia, as a country, is more racist than many other countries, or more racist than equivalent countries, or more racist than the countries you think we should aspire to be more like.

Fair point, but without getting down a rabbit hole about 'correct use of language / term' < this is exactly why 'Australia is a racist country' IS a misleading use of term..........imo

Speculation, but willing to bet 1990crow IS an angry axe grinder because there wasn't nuance in the post I replied to, just an opportunity to say 'Australia, all of you are racist and I don't like it'. This sort of sentiment is not constructive, it is divisive..

Sure, there are some racist aholes out there, but don't broadbrush, be specific about who you're accusing, not just all and sundry, which imo was the intent of the post.
